I generally work with women over 40, but not exclusively, with their health, their life, and sometimes their purpose. How we do this is through the physical like symptoms, the emotional which is how you feel, the mental obviously this is thought loops and patterns, and lastly the energetic which is my special flavor of reading and moving energy in your field.

I understand fully, I was you 25 years ago going from doctor to doctor trying to figure this all out especially the part about me that was so different. The beauty of my work is my compassion and gift of both the physical and the energetic. Your body has layers of energy that radiate out of the physical and that’s where everything begins. But the body is dense and the habits practiced daily are also a part of the journey. This is my specifically special flavor of energy work.

I have worked with hundreds of women and men and the timing has been different for each because one doesn’t get here overnight and so the shifts don’t happen overnight. Rarely does someone leave my side without feeling lighter, clearer, more seen and understood, and like their body is their greatest tool in life.
This is after 1 session together. And it all depends on your depth, self concept and what you want to achieve. 
I don’t leave people thirsty.

I don’t get people results, I help you dissolve the constraints you feel that create some kind of crisis or undesired effect. But I am also not living your life alongside you, you are your own healer always. I help the journey along, softening the edges, all while pointing out your triumphs and blindspots. My gift of physical and energy work is 
unparalleled.

In my experience each person is a unique soul living a very specific human experience and no two bodies are the same. When you book in the initial session you are agreeing to meeting your soul, allowing me to read your energy, and create a custom experience unique to you and your soul. 
Not something that is convenient for me, with mass appeal, and a regimented protocol that you may or may not want or need.
This is true bespoke work and your essence will speak to mine so you get the most aligned experience.
